Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants Sales Mission

Brief

For the 10th consecutive year Atlantic Link arranged all aspects of a Scandinavian sales mission on
behalf of Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. During a three-day sales mission Kimpton promoted their
properties to key clients in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo at in-house trainings and evening
receptions.

Strategy

The purpose of this Sales Mission was to expose the Kimpton brand to relevant travel trade buyers in
Scandinavia. During the evening events in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo corporate, MICE and
leisure clients were updated on the latest news from Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. The evening
receptions were strongly inspired by the Kimpton signature wine hour, and during informal
workshops clients were able to approach each Kimpton representative in small groups, making the
delegate able tailor the presentation to the specific needs of the clients.

Results

The Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants delegation met with 130 clients in Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
