Alberto holds a degree in Social Communication and Public Relations from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, and a post-graduate degree in Marketing Management in Tourism and Hotel Management from ECA/USP. After working for more than 15 years in the corporate tourism and travel market, he founded B4Tcomm in 2007. He is also a lecturer and professor in courses connected with his field of expertise. In October 2013, he was appointed Vice-President of GTTP BRASIL (Global Travel & Tourism Partnership), becoming President in 2014, serving in that position until 2017. In September 2014, Editora Panrotas named him one of the Brazilian travel industry’s 25 most creative professionals.

He has vast experience in communication tools such as strategic planning; corporate communication; product, service and company launches; crisis management; spokesperson training; relationship with the press and other stakeholders; event planning; and others.
