For the last 10 years, GroupExpression has been the French agency partner for the Travel Lifestyle Network (TLN). The TLN is a global collective of leading independent, like-minded PR and marketing communications agencies, providing specialist services to clients in the travel and lifestyle sectors.
The network was created to share best practices and work seamlessly across global borders. The TLN therefore makes the perfect platform for agencies to learn, share knowledge and keep connected with worldwide trends.
As part of the learning purpose, the TLN offices decided to put in place an exchange programme for employees – meaning that one member from an agency can travel to a sister agency and experience a week’s work with them. This immersive week is the perfect opportunity to broaden horizons, discover the other markets and exchange knowledge and learning experiences in person.
The PC Agency is the UK representative in the Travel Lifestyle Network. During the month of November, one of their London team members, Justine Kaeser (Senior Trade Marketing Executive) had the chance to spend a week in the Parisian offices of GroupExpression.
The week was a fantastic opportunity for Justine to connect in person with her French counterparts, catching-up on common clients and discussing ideas for the future. It was a truly unique learning opportunity, where Justine was able to observe and help find solutions for a different work culture experiencing similar challenges.
