GEOCM was approached to position Vienna as a city renowned for its strength in art and culture. This initiative focused on introducing the MuseumsQuartier (MQ) and the Enzis—outdoor furniture pieces. The project involved the official donation of 12 Enzis to the Seoul Design Foundation, facilitated by the Vienna Tourist Board and the Austrian National Tourist Office. The event, named “Hi Austria Hi Vienna,” marked the first government-to-government donation of Enzis in Asia.
The concept was to leverage Vienna’s artistic heritage and the unique Enzis outdoor furniture to enhance its cultural profile on the global stage. The idea was to create a high-impact cultural exchange event that not only introduced the Enzis to Seoul but also showcased Vienna’s commitment to art and design. The event was designed to include engaging public activities and extensive media coverage to maximise visibility and impact.
