US, June 2025 – Travel Lifestyle Network (TLN) is proud to announce Dov Kalmann, Founder and Chairman of “Terranova Destination Marketing & Consultancy” —Israel’s leading destination marketing and public relations agency—as the recipient of the 2025 Judy McClusky Award. This prestigious recognition honors a TLN member who exemplifies excellence, innovation, and meaningful contribution to the global network and support of the travel marketing industry.

Founded in Europe in 2005 by Hanna Kleber, President of Germany’s KLEBER Group, and the late Judy McClusky, the Travel Lifestyle Network was built on the belief that world-class communications must be both globally strategic and locally rooted. Today, TLN comprises more than 350 professionals across 22 member agencies, serving over 500 clients worldwide, including national tourism boards, boutique hotels, cruise lines, airlines, and lifestyle brands.

Dov Kalmann’s journey mirrors the founding values of TLN—innovation, integrity, and connection. From building Terranova from the ground up in 2001, he transformed the agency into a powerhouse of destination marketing, known for its bold ideas, deep industry insights, and unwavering commitment to client success. Under his guidance, Terranova has elevated Israel’s role in the global tourism conversation and developed successful collaborations with major tourism boards and destinations including Thailand, Hungary, Austria and Abu Dhabi as well as hospitality and aviation brands, including Air Seychelles, the Anantara and Beachcomber hotel chains and many more.

Within a month after our meeting, I sold my tour operator company, joined the TLN and since then, fully focus on destination marketing. I now humbly accept the second gift by Judy – the reward in her name.
